As a Donor Service Specialist, you play a vital role in nurturing and maintaining relationships with donors. You are the first point of contact for donors, providing exceptional service while assisting them with inquiries, navigating their accounts, and offering support to achieve their philanthropic goals. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $20-$22/Hour!

Provide exceptional customer service to donors, addressing inquiries and assisting with account navigation.

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in managing donor accounts and information.

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to donors, prioritizing communication to deepen relationships and enhance engagement.

Adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays and holidays, to accommodate pledge drives and donor needs.

Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce or willingness to learn.

Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, embodying the organization's brand voice.

Possess strong proficiency in MS Office products and adaptability to new systems.
