Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Audience Engagement Specialist to join our client in Franklin, TN! As an Audience Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections with our client’s radio station's audience. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls from our listeners, providing exceptional service and directing them to the appropriate department. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $20/Hour!

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from radio listeners promptly and courteously.
  • Listen attentively to callers' inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • Identify the purpose of each call and direct callers to the relevant department with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage with callers seeking spiritual support by connecting them with available pastoral services for prayer.
  • Maintain a compassionate and empathetic demeanor while handling sensitive calls.
  • Assist listeners who wish to make donations by providing necessary information and guiding them through the donation process.
  • Ensure accuracy in recording donation details and handling payment transactions securely.
  • Address listener requests for specific songs and handle music-related inquiries effectively.
  • Provide information about upcoming music events or programs as needed.
  • Work within a queue-based system, managing inbound calls efficiently.
  • Remain available to take calls for scheduled shifts, with a minimum of 6 hours of daily availability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences on every call, maintaining professionalism and positivity.
  • Listen actively to callers' needs and provide accurate information or assistance accordingly.
  • Resolve caller issues or escalate them to the appropriate personnel for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of call logs, including caller information, inquiries, and resolutions.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
