The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal communication, and computer skills. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers up to $70,000/year based on experience!
Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys within the public finance practice group.

Demonstrate proficiency in understanding common types of public finance transactions.

Draft and prepare supporting certificates, resolutions, and bond ordinances.

Independently manage closing logistics for public finance transactions.

Prepare and compose correspondence to clients and other professionals as required.
Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of related experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating self-review of work for accuracy and completeness.

Professional demeanor and attitude, coupled with effective communication skills.
