Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our client in Langhorne, PA 19047! The primary responsibilities include preparing work orders, obtaining necessary documents for insurance companies/plans, verifying patient benefits, pre-certifying services, and preparing and submitting charts for billing. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $15-$18/Hour based on experience!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with various insurance companies/plans and patients to facilitate service provision.
  • Prepare work orders and obtain necessary documents for insurance companies/plans.
  • Verify patient benefits and pre-certify services.
  • Prepare and submit charts for billing accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Exercise knowledge of different insurance company's or plan's procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of services within the organization.
  • Assist the front desk when necessary.
  • Perform basic office functions such as faxing, scanning, telephones, and emailing.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong desire to work in a friendly and safe office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and use good judgment to make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to record information correctly and succinctly.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and medical codes is a plus.
