- Manage administrative onboarding and maintenance paperwork, comprising 50% of daily tasks.
- Input financial and reporting data accurately into our systems, accounting for 20% of workload.
- Follow up on tasks with our custodial partner to ensure timely completion, representing 20% of duties.
- Take on office management responsibilities, encompassing 10% of daily tasks.
- As skills develop, transition into more involved financial planning support, comprising 20% of responsibilities.
- Prepare for an operational and advisory role through training and skill development, constituting 30% of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong team player mentality, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data management and analysis.
- Comfortable communicating with clients of varying backgrounds and levels of expertise.
- Preferred background includes an undergraduate degree in math, engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Participation in varsity athletics is a plus.
- Strong ties to the local Delaware community are advantageous.
