Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Office Manager/Project Coordinator to join our client in Denver, CO! This position will be a blend of office management, project coordination, and administrative tasks. This Contract opportunity offers $20-$25/Hour!
Responsibilities:

Plan and manage companywide events such as sales kick offs, Quarterly business reviews, and team building activities.

Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing collateral for shows and events.

Assist the IT department with shipping and receiving of inventory items.

Serve as a point-person for HR-related tasks as needed.

Assist with various office tasks as requested by management.

Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.

Oversee general office maintenance, including coordinating repairs and maintenance services.

Maintain the office common areas and ensure courtesy refreshments are stocked daily.

Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and granting key card access.

Handle service requests and work orders with building maintenance.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in office coordination or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with Jira or similar project management software preferred.

Strong cross-functional and communication skills.
