Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a diligent and bilingual Collections Representative to join our client in West Chester, PA! As a Bilingual Collections Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Spanish and English-speaking patients regarding their accounts. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $18/Hour!

- Answer approximately 60-70 inbound calls daily, averaging 7-8 calls per hour.
- Collect payments from patients, adhering to daily and monthly goals.
- Initiate outbound calls to collect patient payments.
- Review patient accounts thoroughly and communicate information clearly and positively.
- Resolve outstanding account balances by processing real-time payments over the phone.
- Consistently achieve or surpass production metrics and goals.
- Accurately and promptly document call notes on patients' accounts.
- Represent the company professionally and effectively.
- Utilize internal customer service computer systems, medical billing systems, and Microsoft Office products proficiently.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Knowledge of health insurance terminology and billing processes is preferred.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Experience in collecting/payment processing is preferred.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to a high-volume call center environment, which involves long periods of stationary work.
