Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our client in Moorestown, NJ 08057! The Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting attorneys in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of documents, e-filings, calendaring, and other administrative tasks. This Contract opportunity offers $25/Hour!

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide transactional legal support, preferably in Litigation/Bankruptcy (non-Consumer).
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in formatting legal documents.
  • Manage calendars, including court dates, due dates, and reminders.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of attorney time and billing.
  • Handle electronic filings for Bankruptcy, District Court, and Superior Court (ECF & NJ ECourts).
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare Bankruptcy Schedules and related pleadings.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and tasks.
  • Experience with iManage document management system.
  • Familiarity with TABS billing system.
  • Knowledge of Best Case bankruptcy software.
  • Prior experience with e-filing and uploading files to third-party sites.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Legal Assistant certification or relevant educational background preferred.
