Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Leasing Specialist for an exciting opportunity located in the King of Prussia, PA area. This role is integral to the success of our client's property, focusing on maximizing returns and ensuring the satisfaction of both owners and residents. This position offers a competitive salary range of $23 to $27 per hour and provides the chance to join a dynamic team environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies and innovative marketing initiatives to attract tenants.
  • Collaborate with departments, clients, and stakeholders to enhance property performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Support resident relations efforts and review rental applications and agreements.
  • Build rapport with potential tenants, secure commitments, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in evaluating marketing campaigns and conducting market research.
  • Complete tasks promptly, conduct unit inspections, handle data entry, and maintain records.
  • Provide support for rent collection, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and may assist in legal proceedings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license in PA/NJ/FL.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Professional accreditation such as ARM, RAM, or CLP is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
