Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our client for a hybrid role in Philadelphia, PA 19103! The Senior Claims Adjuster will take responsibility for handling bodily injury and property damage claims, including those arising from auto accidents, premises liability, police professional liability, and subrogation. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $38.66-$43.33/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations of bodily injury and property damage claims, including auto accidents, premises liability, police professional liability, and subrogation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of claims in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Establish appropriate reserves and negotiate settlements within authorized limits.
  • Develop action plans for efficient claim resolution and cost management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage claim diary system and oversee litigation process.
  • Prepare and submit claim status reports and handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior General Liability Adjuster.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferably, familiarity with claims database systems.
