Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Incentive Operations Analyst to join our client in Camden, NJ! This role will play a crucial role in supporting the Incentive Data and Operations department within the Finance team. This Contract opportunity offers $20-$25/Hour!
Primary Responsibilities:

Audit incentive coupon activity for validity and proper supporting documentation. Identify exceptions and collaborate with Retailers for additional support when necessary.

Assist in the investigation and resolution of retailer, region, and zone requests for sales type changes, exception processing, sales chargebacks, and provide support to retailers regarding non-paid vehicles ineligible for incentives.

Update Oracle system for Retailer changes including Buy/Sells, address/name modifications, etc.

Complete special projects and data analysis as required by department management to support incentive operations, incentive accounting, treasury, and marketing units.

Pull data and provide screenshots for external auditors' sample selections.
Experience/Qualifications:

1-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Undergraduate Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization (Sales/Regions, Zones).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.

Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
