Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! In this role, you will provide crucial support to our attorneys in handling personal injury cases. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $60,000-$70,000/year!

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze medical records for case preparation.
  • Assist attorneys and maintain client communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in personal injury or related areas preferred.
  • Type, format, and edit legal documents.
  • Organize and manage documents using electronic filing systems.
  • Support litigation processes and document production.
  • Perform administrative tasks and calendar hearings.
  • Prepare trial materials and e-file court documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, court, and counsel.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience in personal injury or related areas preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred.
