Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Client Support Analyst is responsible for efficiently setting up clients in the group setup and benefit administration system. This role involves handling new sales, renewal changes, cancellations, and maintaining client account setups. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $22.37-$26.66/Hour!

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up groups for medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Liaising with Sales/Brokers for client benefit setups.
  • Ensuring accuracy in customer records and resolving operational/system-related issues.
  • Adhering to corporate policies, underwriting guidelines, and quality control.
  • Coordinating with Enrollment/Billing teams and vendors.
  • Building strong internal relationships and assisting in broker setups.
  • Troubleshooting group setup issues and representing the team in meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred, or 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand benefits and underwriting guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to be cross-trained.
