Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and skilled Social Media Specialist to join our client for a hybrid role in Philadelphia, PA! As a Social Media Specialist, you will collaborate with internal business units to ensure seamless integration of social messaging with our client’s communications and marketing efforts across the company. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $38/Hour based on experience!
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to effectively engage target audiences and achieve business objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social messaging with overall communications and marketing strategies.

Stay abreast of social media technologies and trends, making recommendations for new opportunities to support business objectives.

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to expand our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive clicks.

Provide strategic insights on social media and associated tools, and conduct training programs for key stakeholders.
Requirements/Qualifications:

Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Experience in property management, particularly in editorial content planning and execution.

Exceptional written communication and writing skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, with proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Familiarity with Social Media Management Platforms; experience with various systems for planning, executing, and project management.
