Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be in Central or Eastern time zone)! This role is integral to our client’s collections process, focusing on heavy reporting and communication with clients regarding overdue accounts. This Contract opportunity offers $24/Hour!

Responsibilities:

Review aging reports to identify overdue accounts and determine appropriate action.
Coordinate with client relations to facilitate communication with customers regarding past due balances.
Generate and send out letters for overdue accounts (30 day, 60 day, 90 day, 120 day past due letters).
Monitor payments and reconcile data across multiple reports and systems.
Collaborate with team members and manager to ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
Utilize Excel and other software tools to analyze data and generate reports as needed.
Maintain accurate records of collections activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Experience working with multiple systems and databases.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
