Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a creative and collaborative Learning Design Specialist to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Learning Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering effective learning solutions for targeted audiences within or across functional areas of the organization. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $30-$33.33/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and propose diverse learning strategies and solutions, spanning instructor-led training, eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning.
  • Establish learning objectives, craft content outlines, and adhere to design standards to produce engaging, high-quality learning materials.
  • Organize complex information logically and create customized learning content, incorporating instructional graphics and assessments.
  • Utilize authoring tools to develop various learning formats and curate external resources for blended learning.
  • Maintain and update curriculum materials while managing review processes and conducting train-the-trainer sessions for effective delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, or related field.
  • Proficiency in learning design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Experience with instructional design software and authoring tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting train-the-trainer activities is a plus.
