Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a FP&A Manager to join our client Knoxville, TN! The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in our client’s organization, acting as a key liaison between the General Manager, management teams, and various stakeholders. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $130,000-$150,000/year!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and site team to develop annual business plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and objectives.
  • Quantify business outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases for key projects, ensuring integration across functions.
  • Lead the design and execution of data and analytics reporting plans, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with strategic internal clients, serving as a trusted business partner and mobilizing resources to support business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, minimizing business risk and protecting the company's reputation.
  • Lead a team of resources in areas such as finance, accounting, purchasing, and administration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Champion people safety and food safety policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in areas of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, staying abreast of industry developments through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of manufacturing experience, including cost accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and GMP requirements in food processing preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
