Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join our client in Wilmington, DE! The Billing Specialist will collaborate closely with Finance department leadership to enhance billing team efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing, preparing, and executing monthly prebills and subsequent invoices accurately and efficiently. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $70,000-$80,000/year based on experience!

Prepare and execute monthly prebills and invoices accurately and efficiently.

Maintain high-level communication and professional service during billing processes.

Demonstrate customer service excellence and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Understand all aspects of legal billing from intake to closure.

Collaborate with e-billing systems and adhere to guidelines.

Ensure attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1-3 years of legal billing experience.

Familiarity with e-billing systems and guidelines.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work non-standard hours.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
