The Audit Manager will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and supervising audits, ensuring adherence to professional standards and fostering strong client relationships. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $100,000-$150,000/year based on experience!

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit engagements, demonstrating technical expertise and effective engagement management.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, supervise staff, and uphold firm values.
  • Provide technical support to directors and staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Drive skill enhancement and organizational efficiency while upholding firm standards.
  • Contribute to industry programs, assist with special projects, and maintain compliance.
  • Manage multiple engagements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Take ownership of all engagement aspects, including planning, execution, and review.
  • Work autonomously, identifying and resolving major issues in collaboration with partners.
  • Assist in scoping engagements and optimizing billing structures.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of workpapers, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
  • Track time and billing accurately, optimizing project costs and efficiencies.
  • Support client billing and collections efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Aptitude for meeting deadlines and managing workload under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
