Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our client in Doylestown, PA! As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our client’s properties while maximizing returns for our owners. From leasing apartments to fostering positive relationships with residents and stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of creating a welcoming community atmosphere. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $22-$26/Hour!


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain property integrity and optimize returns for owners.
  • Lease apartments according to company policies.
  • Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere and aid in marketing evaluation.
  • Handle inquiries, clerical duties, and ensure professionalism.
  • Create positive impressions with residents and stakeholders.
  • Foster connections across company departments and the community.
  • Ensure consistent policy application and manage supplier relationships.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and generate reports.
  • Maintain marketing tools and conduct market analysis.
  • Review applications, engage in outreach, and provide recommendations.
  • Execute duties efficiently and report issues to the Property Manager.
  • Handle calls, inspect apartments, and manage supplies.
  • Assist in rent collection, legal proceedings, and database management.
  • Prepare necessary forms and leases.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
  • Valid PA/NJ/FL driver’s license required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Professional accreditation such as ARM, RAM, CLP preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local Fair Housing Laws.
