Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our client in Bethesda, Maryland! As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in driving new membership sales and promoting various products to potential clients. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $40,000/year + monthly commission!
Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures in all tasks.

Actively engage in selling new memberships, sports programs, and other products to prospective clients.

Conduct daily follow-ups via phone and email with potential leads.

Promote the benefits of our services and programs provided by top-tier fitness professionals.

Assist with member inquiries, tours, sales presentations, and member events, including some nights and weekends.

Process new and existing member contracts and provide new member kits.

Build strong relationships with both new and existing members.

Support the research and preparation of prospect lists and lead generation for corporate and private clients.

Consistently achieve sales and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the facility to foster engagement with members.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the facility and its offerings.

Customize the buying experience to meet the needs, passions, and goals of prospective members by connecting them with relevant staff, programs, and facilities.

Collaborate daily with club leadership to ensure effective onboarding and high retention of members.

Uphold the safety and well-being of all members, guests, and employees.
Qualifications:

2-4 years of sales experience in an upscale environment (fitness or healthcare sales experience preferred).

Proven self-starter with a successful track record in sales performance.
