Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an ATM Settlement Specialist to join our client operating in the banking industry, located in Newark, DE! As the ATM Settlement Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all operations to support over 4,000 of the bank's ATMs. This is a temporary, onsite opportunity offering $25/hour!

Analyze a variety of information from internal and external systems as well as customer information to accurately process ATM settlements and balance transactions.

Research and resolve any issues related to ATM locations; report incidents to the bank's operations.

Utilize effective communication skills to deliver information to customers regarding daily discrepancies.

Submit claims and provide accurate documentation in accordance with contractual guidelines.

Escalate any ATM issues to management in a timely manner.
Requirements of the ATM Settlement Specialist:

Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field; or 2+ years experience in cash logistics

Additional experience in ATM operations or banking position preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with all levels of individuals within the organization from internal employees, to couriers, to customers

Possess effective prioritization skills in a deadline driven environment
