Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Collections Representative to join our client in Yardville, NJ! The Collections Representative will be responsible for managing lease payments, damage fees, and other related collections. The role involves a high volume of outbound calls and managing multiple accounts simultaneously. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $20-$22/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect outstanding lease payments, damage fees, and other charges from customers.
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of 100 accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Make over 50 outbound calls daily to customers to discuss their accounts and collect payments.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries or follow-up questions regarding their accounts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining a positive and assertive tone in all interactions.
  • Document all collection activities accurately and update account information as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient collections processes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling is highly desirable, as the role involves predominantly outbound communication.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
  • Ability to handle tough conversations with customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment without the pressure of strict call quotas.
