Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and motivated Settlement Coordinator to join our client in Haverford, PA! The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Title Processors and real estate agents, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all real estate transactions from the initial sale to final closing. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $20/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with Title Processors to manage and process real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Set up and maintain accurate and comprehensive files for each transaction.
  • Oversee every sale and listing managed by our real estate agents, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
  • Handle tasks related to certifications, payoffs, and other required transaction details.
  • Provide essential support to the entire team, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Initially, assist with various support tasks with the goal of eventually managing individual files independently.
  • Participate in extensive training to understand all aspects of the settlement process.

Qualifications:
  • Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Prior experience in the title industry is a plus but not mandatory; mortgage processing experience is not applicable.
  • Strong mathematical skills and logical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
