Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $23-$27/Hour!
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.

Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and courteously.

Follow up with prospects and maintain a high level of engagement to convert leads into leases.

Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including application completion and submission.

Verify rental applications and conduct background checks.

Prepare and review lease agreements with new residents.

Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

Promote the property through online listings, social media, and community events.

Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and trends to effectively position the property.

Address resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive living experience.

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including the inspection of units and scheduling maintenance.

Organize and participate in resident events to foster community engagement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities and resident information.

Process rental payments and manage accounts receivable.

Assist with the preparation of reports related to occupancy, leasing activities, and market conditions.

Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Assist with property inspections and ensure the community is well-maintained and attractive.

Support the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the overall operations of the property.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Must have a valid PA/NJ/FL driver’s license.

Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
