Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to join our client in Philadelphia, PA (25-40% travel required)! As a strategic HR advisor, the Regional Human Resources Business Partner (RHRBP) will collaborate with the VP of People Operations to align the organization's workforce planning, training, talent retention, and compensation strategies with its overarching strategic objectives. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $40-$41/Hour!
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with regional leaders to understand and implement the company's strategic objectives.

Act as a thought leader within the region, providing consultative advice to ensure consistency across locations.

Develop and implement policies and programs that enhance team member performance, engagement, development, and accountability.

Partner with leaders to oversee end-to-end talent management processes, including compliance training, leadership development, and new hire orientation.

Define, collect, analyze, and present data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Utilize insights to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decisions.

Collaborate with leaders to enhance team performance by setting goals, providing performance feedback, and conducting reviews.

Support leaders in managing the team member experience, from onboarding to performance management, including delivering critical feedback and positive acknowledgements.

Partner with regional leaders to ensure ongoing engagement events and promote awareness of benefits, well-being, and other programs.

Proactively execute structured programs, including team building and well-being initiatives, to drive engagement.

Identify and implement employee retention and recognition initiatives across the region.

Provide guidance to leaders and employees on policies and relevant employment laws.

Support organizational leaders in effective coaching, counseling, and disciplinary strategies for employee relations issues.

Foster and reinforce a positive, collaborative, and compassionate culture.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or Organizational Development.

Minimum of five years of strategic HR Business Partner experience.

Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey complex data in a simplified, actionable manner.

Proficiency in using spreadsheets, word processing, and HR software.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build positive working relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
