Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Accounting Operations Manager to join our client for a 100% remote opportunity (must be in eastern standard time)! The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate completion of ledger accounts and financial statements while continuously enhancing internal accounting processes to align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role primarily involves oversight of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Recognition, with the potential to assist in managing these functions on a temporary basis. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $43/Hour!

Manage the general accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Oversee the preparation and completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.

Continuously evaluate and improve internal accounting processes to meet organizational goals.

Provide oversight for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Recognition.

Assist in the temporary management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Recognition as needed.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of general accounting experience.

Previous experience as an accountant is highly desirable.

No prior management experience required, as this role does not involve direct management responsibilities.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
