Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Moorestown, NJ! The Contracts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Contracts Program Manager (CPM) by ensuring the smooth execution of contract-related tasks and compliance management. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $24.85/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CPM in managing compliance partners' requests, including processing new requests and maintaining current contracts.
  • Keep internal databases up to date with contract information and ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize GMS software for processing contract changes and adhere to established protocols.
  • Submit and distribute service requests to compliance partners and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Address queries from GMS compliance partners regarding contingency planning and related requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with federal, state, and international regulators to support compliance partners.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations is a plus.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with compliance partners and regulatory authorities professionally.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed procedures and guidelines.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new software and compliance requirements.
