Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Student Counselor to join our client in Wilmington, DE! The Student Counselor plays a crucial role in supporting students' well-being and facilitating communication between students and staff. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $20/Hour!

Act as a primary point of contact for students, fostering open communication and ensuring students feel supported.

Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver immersive training programs under tight deadlines.

Assist students in navigating stressful, life-changing processes with grace and emotional intelligence.

Provide critical feedback and insight while demonstrating attention to detail and integrity.

Facilitate meaningful connections and bring out the best in students through empathy and understanding.

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' academic, career, and personal development needs.

Develop and implement programs and workshops to enhance students' skills and well-being.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a professional setting (Required)

Proficiency in networking and public speaking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Pages)

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
