Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client in Marlton, NJ! The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, particularly in managing background checks and compliance requirements. This Contract opportunity offers $21-$25/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the status of background checks and compliance requirements within our client’s system.
  • Review and address any alerts related to background checks.
  • Assist with I-9 verifications and related documentation.
  • Utilize Workday to manage applicant tracking and other HR functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain and update records accurately in Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
  • Be available to commit to a 40-hour work week, with any scheduling conflicts or vacations communicated upfront.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Excel is required.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to step in and take on tasks as needed.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in administrative roles, particularly in HR, is beneficial.
