Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sourcer to join our client for a primarily remote opportunity (will be onsite in Marlton, NJ the first week of training, then 100% remote)! As a Sourcer, you will leverage your expertise in attracting and identifying top talent to support our organization's growth. Your role will involve exceeding expectations in candidate selection and ensuring alignment with our client’s company culture. This Contract opportunity offers $30-$32/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ talent acquisition technologies to enhance recruitment processes and deliver actionable metrics and results through detailed reports.
  • Participate in various recruitment initiatives tailored to current and future business needs across different verticals.
  • Offer guidance and education to both internal and external community members about career opportunities through one-on-one counseling sessions and organized recruitment events.
  • Create comprehensive position profiles, attraction and marketing plans, and sourcing strategies, including social media campaigns, to identify and engage top talent.
  • Follow applicant tracking system (ATS) policies and processes, ensuring thorough outreach to all candidate applications and accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes using measurement tools, scorecards, and analytics.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and community information sessions to attract and educate potential candidates.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with proven expertise in utilizing recruitment technologies. Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • HR certifications such as CIR/ACIR, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt recruitment strategies based on evolving business needs.
  • Proven experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoom and any other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with Workday.
