Dispatcher (Inbound/Outbound)

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking several detail oriented, friendly Dispatchers to join our client in Wayne, PA! As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assisting with inbound customer service calls and outbound dispatch dialing. This is a temporary-to-hire, hybrid opportunity offering $20/hour!

Responsibilities of the Dispatcher (Inbound/Outbound) Include:

• Receive and prioritize inspection requests from clients
• Dispatch appropriate field inspectors based on location, expertise, and availability
• Communicate effectively to provide updates and instructions
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, communications, and inspection reports
• Handle any scheduling conflicts, delays, or emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Utilize dispatch software and systems to log information and manage assignments
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency

Requirements of the Dispatcher (Inbound/Outbound):

• HS Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred
• 1+ years experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatcher position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
