Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s practice and providing exceptional service to patients. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $18-$23/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet all patients and visitors in person or over the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle patient inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member, particularly for billing-related questions.
  • Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments both in person and over the phone.
  • Send communications and information to external partners and vendors, such as MRI facilities.
  • Manage the office's Uber account to arrange transportation for patients when needed.
  • Stay on top of automated text message reminders to ensure patients are informed of their appointments.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Comfortable with electronic systems and able to quickly learn the specific system used in our office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service to our patients.
  • A dependable individual who can consistently meet the demands of a busy medical office.
  • This is a full-time, onsite position with no remote work opportunities. Candidates seeking remote work need not apply.
  • Willing to go above and beyond for our patients and the team.
  • Previous experience in a medical setting is highly preferred but not required.
