Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our client for a remote opportunity! The Licensed Health Insurance Agent is primarily responsible for inbound and outbound calls dialing using company leads. This Contract opportunity is offering $18.50/HR + bonuses ($25 per enrollment)!

Responsibilities of the Licensed Health Insurance Agent include:
  • Conduct Inbound/Outbound dialing using company provided leads
  • Provide information about various health insurance plans and options available.
  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ensure all required documentation is submitted correctly and on time.
  • Explain policy details, including coverage limits, premiums, deductibles, and co-pays, to clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value of insurance products to persuade clients to purchase policies.
  • Complete sales transactions, including collecting premiums and processing paperwork.

Requirements of the Licensed Health Insurance Agent include:
  • At least 1 year Aetna MA insurance sales experience
  • At least 1 year in inbound/outbound call center
  • Highly driven and competitive in nature
  • Professional and motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service
  • Computer proficiency, including all Aetna systems, Ignitist equipment/systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
