As the Document Management Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing mortgage loan documents and scanning them into the company's computer loan software. This is a temporary, onsite opportunity offering $17/hour!
Responsibilities of the Document Management Specialist Include:

Sort incoming mail with loan documents; review documents for accuracy and scan into the computer system.

Sort and prepare outgoing documents for shipment.

Create and manage reports.

Assist with additional clerical duties, as needed.
Requirements of the Document Management Specialist:

HS Diploma or GED; previous office/clerical experience

Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team

Previous experience scanning documents

Computer proficiency
