Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Haddonfield, NJ! In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer loads, executing pricing strategies, and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate with various internal teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers a salary range of $45,000-$50,000/year!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer loads by accepting, building, scheduling, and coordinating in our TMS and customer-specific platforms.
  • Execute spot quotes and bid on customer load boards using our pricing tools.
  • Align pricing strategies with market intelligence through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and develop strategies to win them.
  • Identify and implement process improvements with the Operational Excellence team to achieve company goals.
  • Participate in strategy meetings for customer onboarding, integrations, and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Capacity Specialists to meet customer profitability goals and reduce lost loads.
  • Inform and collaborate on strategies for loads or lanes with negative ROI.
  • Understand and apply customer requirements and SOPs/SOCs for consistent repeat business.
  • Deliver quality services by creating and implementing customer SOPs independently.
  • Improve internal processes within assigned accounts to increase load count, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage customer relationships to uncover and document new opportunities in our CRM for cross-functional visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent industry training or experience.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office with an aptitude to learn other related technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
