Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Coordinator to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Phoenix, AZ! In this role, you will be pivotal in maximizing customer growth, satisfaction, performance, and retention by ensuring excellent service and proactive communication. You will manage after-hours operations, resolve customer issues promptly, and support company growth by handling various operational tasks. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $45,000-$50,000/year!

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction by tracking assigned freight and proactively communicating changes and issues to internal and external customers and carriers.
  • Ensure all after-hours items and incoming activities are prioritized and executed in accordance with company and customer policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer matters promptly by collaborating with key stakeholders to meet or exceed profitability goals and minimize lost loads.
  • Provide clear and concise event summaries with actions needing attention or follow-up to minimize issue impact and maximize internal productivity.
  • Support company growth by accepting and entering loads, handling urgent quotes, setting appointments, and covering loads as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Carrier Relationship Management tools.
  • Adhere to company, customer, and industry policies and best practices to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Adopt and leverage new technologies to track loads more efficiently and drive productivity.
  • Cultivate mentorships through ongoing training and development initiatives, identifying areas for improvement within after-hours operations.
  • Collaborate with the After Hours Solutions Manager, Senior Solutions Coordinator, Capacity, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and maintain quality on-time KPIs.
  • Support external marketing efforts of carrier-facing tools to position the company as a preferred broker for carriers.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent industry training or experience.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office with an aptitude to learn other related technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work 11AM-8PM PST / 12PM-9PM MST
