Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enrollment Specialist to join our client in Lake Mary, FL! The successful candidate will assist in the distribution of letters and emails to plan participants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves working with PDF software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email applications, and requires effective coordination with internal team members to meet client expectations. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $22/Hour!

Prepare and deliver completed enrollment kits to clients and/or employees before the start of the enrollment period and meetings.

Coordinate large mass mailings by creating mail merge files using document templates and address spreadsheets for both electronic and hard copy distribution.

Manage details, create records, track assignments, and follow up on replies related to assigned tasks.

Provide backup assistance when needed.

Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, with potential for overtime on short notice.

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, adhering to assigned work schedules.
Qualifications:

Associate degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook.

Familiarity with standard office equipment.
