Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Analyst to join our client for a temporary position in West Berlin, NJ. This Contract opportunity is offering $20/Hour!

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in various projects aimed at improving existing processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Organize and structure large data sets to extract valuable information.
  • Compile ad hoc reports using Excel under the guidance of the financial management team.
  • Collaborate with management to understand project requirements and develop appropriate documentation.
  • Engage in business analysis activities to gather necessary reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with data and information.
  • Assist the accounting and finance departments with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with IT interfaces.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work in person at our West Berlin, NJ office.
  • Flexible scheduling - 4 days a week, 5 hours per day.
