Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client in Langhorne, PA! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR compliance, benefits administration, employee engagement, and payroll processing (if experienced). This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $80,000-$110,000/year!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and schedule interviews, source candidates, handle offer negotiations, and extend job offers.
  • Coordinate IT equipment setup for new hires, conduct background checks, manage onboarding paperwork, and collaborate with hiring managers on training schedules.
  • Lead HR orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Oversee company-wide performance reviews, conduct 3- and 6-month reviews for new hires and promotions, and establish KPIs and PIPs as needed.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and develop/implement company policies, SOPs, and templates.
  • Serve as the primary contact for third-party benefits providers and assist employees with open enrollment and benefits changes.
  • Manage weekly announcements, recognize employee birthdays and anniversaries, and facilitate quarterly in-person and virtual events.
  • If experienced, administer ADP payroll, process bi-weekly payroll, and manage tax jurisdiction setup.

Qualifications:
  • Multiple years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems (e.g., ADP).
  • Experience with payroll administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
