Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dedicated Quality Improvement Representative to join our client in Jacksonville, FL! This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, guidelines, and internal policies while supporting multiple departments, including Consumer and Policy Services. This Contract opportunity offers $20/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality evaluations of phone calls and transactional outputs for the Consumer & Policy Services department and the Print Vendor Seed Mail review process.
  • Accurately apply relevant regulatory requirements, guidelines, rules of practice, and established processes.
  • Identify quality trends and operational inconsistencies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in regular calibration sessions to align scoring practices between evaluators and business units.
  • Ensure quality processes are integrated into business unit SOPs through independent third-party reviews, translating company policies into practical applications.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Associate/Technical Degree or 2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of college education and experience equivalent to 2 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property insurance-related roles, supporting areas such as underwriting, call centers, or print mail settings, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of insurance-related procedures, policy administration, and workflow applications is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
