Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a conscientious and detail-oriented Accounting Paralegal to join our client’s Estates and Trusts team on a part-time basis in Moorestown, NJ! The successful candidate will work closely with experienced estate attorneys in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $35-$45/Hour!

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.
  • Prepare and maintain fiduciary accountings.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for estates and estate planning documents.
  • Prepare various related tax returns, including Federal Estate (Form 706), Fiduciary Income Tax (1041), NJ Inheritance Tax, PA Inventories, and Inheritance Tax.
  • Handle ongoing client interactions to gather necessary information for proper estate administration.
  • Review and analyze decedents' wills, trusts, and other relevant estate planning documents.
  • Utilize One Source FPS/Ultra Tax for tax preparation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with 990 – Private Foundation and 5227 Split Interest Charitable Trust tax returns is a plus.
  • Experience with iManage Documentation System is advantageous.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in estate administration and tax preparation.
  • Paralegal Certification or a related degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
