Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! The Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of clinical research studies. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $23-$24/Hour!

Essential Functions
  • Coordinate the recruitment and enrollment of research participants.
  • Establish and maintain subject databases.
  • Schedule and conduct study visits.
  • Collect and enter data accurately and timely.
  • Register subjects and study visits in clinical trial management systems.
  • Perform research billing reviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory binders.
  • Schedule and attend sponsor visits.
  • Prepare and submit IRB paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with grant or manuscript preparation.
  • Maintain investigator-initiated studies registered on clinicaltrials.gov.
  • Support multiple active protocols simultaneously.
  • Work with multiple investigators while adhering to FDA, IRB, and state regulations.
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of CRORA.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or health professions field.
  • At least three years of directly related clinical research coordinator experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, sponsors, and research participants.
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment and software, including MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of FDA, IRB, and state regulations.
  • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
