Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our client for a remote opportunity! This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, working closely with various teams to manage and execute onboarding processes effectively. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $30/Hour!

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Collaborate with the payroll and talent acquisition teams to manage onboarding tasks.

Utilize ADP Workforce Now to handle HRIS and payroll-related functions.

Conduct background checks and manage any related administrative tasks.

Use ticketing systems like ConnectWise to track and resolve onboarding issues.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with new hires and internal teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed efficiently.
Requirements:

1-2 years in HRIS/Payroll or general HR roles.

Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.

Background check experience is advantageous. Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
