Operations Client Relationship Issue Resolution Analyst

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Operations Client Relationship Issue Resolution Analyst to join our client's Customer Success team in Philadelphia, PA! As the Operations Client Relationship Issue Resolution Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex operational issues for high-priority clients, collaborating with various internal teams to improve efficiency and ensure timely resolution of challenges. This is a temporary to hire, hybrid opportunity starting at $35/hour based on experience!

Responsibilities of the Operations Client Relationship Issue Resolution Analyst Include:
  • Efficiently manage and resolve client-specific issues, identify root causes, document solutions, and ensure implementation to prevent recurrence.
  • Work with cross-functional team members to quickly resolve issues requiring various subject matter experts.
  • Build relationships with Sales, Account, and client leadership by summarizing issues, root causes, remediation plans, and potential impacts, and present findings to leadership teams.
  • Update issue databases for effective reporting on key performance indicators and keep clients informed of issue management activities.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements of the Operations Client Relationship Issue Resolution Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred, or extensive experience in issue management, operations, or health insurance.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations and project management, with preference for self-funded claims experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare payer operations and self-funded group management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to manage projects and collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Independent worker with problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and in-office presence 3 days a week.
