Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Troy, MI for a hybrid opportunity! As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in qualifying leads from inbound and outbound calls. You will identify homeowners with specific needs for our home improvement products and enhance the customer experience through effective communication, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $17/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience when answering inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
  • Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with effective listening and professionalism.
  • Determine customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Use internal business tools to assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accuracy in documentation and scheduling systems.
  • Support field experts via phone and email as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and promote a positive work environment.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience.
  • Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
