Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our client in Woodstock, GA! The Client Support Specialist will develop strong relationships with customers, acting as the key liaison between them and various internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions tailored to meet customer needs. This Contract opportunity offers $21/Hour!

Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Provide support to clients via phone, email, and video calls.
  • Assist with transaction and deposit reconciliation.
  • Troubleshoot and offer support for terminal and software issues.
  • Assist clients in adding or changing services.
  • Implement new merchant accounts.
  • Work individually or as part of a team to complete projects.
  • Collaborate with processing banks to support clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Client Support or Account Manager role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team player who is eager to contribute directly to the success of our company and clients.
