Jr. Business Analyst

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join our client in the mortgage industry for a remote opportunity! As the Jr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions within the organization and recommending them to management. This is a temporary role starting at $26/hour based on experience!

Responsibilities of the Jr. Business Analyst Include:

• Support assessment of current practices and functions.
• Collect information to analyze industry trends and determine organizational objectives.
• Review company functions and business structures to gain knowledge.
• Assist in designing new projects/programs by analyzing organizational requirements.
• Study products and recommend enhancements to senior BAs and Managers.
• Support senior Analysts in preparing technical reports.
• Address basic issues and refer complex problems to higher-level staff.

Requirements of the Jr. Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 0-2 years of experience; mortgage knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for analyzing trends and conveying information department-wide.
