Litigation Paralegal

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client for a direct hire opportunity in Dallas, TX! As the Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting routine legal documents, managing multiple cases from start to trial, collecting and organizing documents and medical records, and conducting document searches and factual research. This role starts at $65,000/year based on experience!

Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal Include:

• Prepare and draft routine legal documents with precision and accuracy.
• Oversee and manage multiple cases from inception through trial.
• Gather and organize documents from a variety of sources.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize medical records systematically.
• Conduct comprehensive document reviews and perform detailed factual research.

Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal:

• Demonstrated experience in all phases of litigation, including general defense.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for drafting and interacting professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Professional, and Adobe DC.
• Strong organizational abilities, including adapting to systems and managing case files.
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
