Corporate Trainer (Mortgage Servicing)

Corporate Trainer to join our client for a temporary, remote opportunity! As the Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and evaluating training programs for mortgage servicing operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities to enhance customer experience. This role offers
$33.65/hour!
Responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer Include:
- Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing education for call center and servicing roles, both in-person and online.
- Evaluate and report on training effectiveness, providing coaching and feedback to trainees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the training team to align training with business goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of servicing processes, participating in meetings and supporting training initiatives.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, including attendance and time records, while adhering to company policies.
Requirements of the Corporate Trainer:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, call center operations, adult learning theory, and instructional techniques.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in various training methods and LMS.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Zoom, PowerPoint, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of training experience, with a minimum of one year in mortgage servicing or corporate training.
- Certification in Training and Development (CPTD) or similar field preferred.
